Yummy Grilled!

Thinking about grilling chicken this coming weekend? There are many ways on how to grill your whole chicken. Most of the time, I prepare the chicken a day before I actually cook it. I pick a chicken who weighs around 2.5 pounds up to 3 pounds. I slice it and take out the skin. I notice that smaller chicken cooks faster compared to larger chicken. I wash the chicken parts thoroughly and set them aside. I prepare the ingredients to marinate the chicken. I use ingredients such as lime or lemon juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar or soda. I combine all ingredients and put the chicken for 24 hours to have a better result.

After marinating the chicken for 24 hours, the chicken is ready to be grilled. Thinking about grilling chicken makes me super hungry.
