It's so weird that every time I see people yawn in front of me I feel the urge to yawn back. But according to Oliver Walusinski, the author of the book "The Mystery of Yawning in Physiology and Disease"; yawning can help us:
- Relieve Stress
- Yawning can also increase oxygen intakes
- Increase boost of concentration
- yawning cools the brain
Finally, it is very interesting to know that we started yawning even while inside our mother's womb. Would you like to try counting how many times in a day you yawn?
