I have been trying to get back in shape for awhile now but nothing seems to work for me. I get lazy going back to the gym five times a week together with my husband and I just have plenty of excuses that I can come up with so hubby will let me stay at home. In my opinion, my husband already loses a lot of weight and he even started to have a six pack form on his stomach. His biceps and triceps are in shape and it looks yummy. Sometimes, I get insecure because I know he looks very good for me.
