After a few days of deciding whether to move out from our current apartment, my husband and I come to a conclusion to stay here for another year and renew our lease. We sign the lease earlier today and we both strongly felt that we made the right decision for the two of us. One of the things the manager asks us is whether we need a new carpet installed for the whole room. I respond by saying that we badly needed one especially on the living room because shampooing the carpet isn't helping at all.
Anyways, the apartment manager schedules us to have the Carpet Installation next week and I am more than happy to have the apartment maintenance come in to our apartment home with or without our presence. I trust the people who manage our apartment complex so I am not worried about having them do their work while my husband and I are away.
