After working an eight hour shift last night, I decided to cook one of our favorite Filipino dishes with a little twist to it. I made some Chicken Adobo but I fried it afterward just like how my mother use to make it. The taste is really delicious and I ate plenty of steam white rice. Take a look at the picture below.
