The pan arrived safely by mail and it was packed carefully in a sturdy box. As a matter of fact, the pan looks wonderful especially that it is in green color which is one of my husband's favorite colors. My husband has been using this pan almost every day and I can tell you guys that it is very reliable and a great item to add in your kitchen. By the way, one of the things my husband likes about this pan from Ozeri is that it is non-stick which is easy to maintain and wash.
