I am thrilled to receive another Influenster Vox this month which contains an 8.4 oz Colgate Total Mouthwash for review. String Beans with Ground Beef

I have wanted to cook string beans with ground meat for the longest time. The string beans with ground meat are one of my favorite dishes that my mother cooked for us while I was still living in the Philippines. My husband went grocery shopping yesterday while I was away at work and when I came home I went ahead and cooked it for supper. We paired the dish with steam rice and voila it came out mighty tasty. Our First Dental Appointment As a Couple

My husband and I had our first dental appointment last Thursday, July 25, 2013. I was expecting some shocking news about my teeth because I haven't been to the dentist in a long while. Thankfully, my sister-in-law works as a dental hygienist and she was the one who cleaned my teeth as well as my husband's teeth. I was so embarrassed at first because I don't want her to know how bad the condition of my teeth was but she was very patient and she assured me that she had seen far worse teeth in her time as being a dental hygienist.

I found out that I needed my cavities filled as well as a deep cleaning for my next appointment. The dentist already filled my husband's cavities during our first appointment but he also set up an appointment to receive a deep cleaning in two weeks. I took my first dental appointment in stride and I am happy that I decided to go with my husband because my teeth look way better and much cleaner than before.

We also both learned how to floss correctly and how to brush our teeth in an angle that will reach the farthest corner of our mouths. Also, I am glad about my decision to sign up for dental insurance from my place of work because I found out that my dental insurance covers 80 percent of the dental bill which is pretty amazing.

Review: I Love My Coral Crush Collection Set from Ellie

While I was growing up I used to be able to eat a lot of food and not gain any weight at all. But it turns out that I am not able to do that anymore. I must have gained about twenty pounds since I got married and moved from the Philippines to the United States. The lifestyle over here in America is different that the lifestyle in the Philippines.
