I am finally able to catch up with my online tasks that I needed to finish before they expire. I am working on a few right now before I go eat my dinner. It is almost midnight here in Texas but we still have not eaten dinner. My dear husband is in charge of cooking our dinner which consists of steaks, rice and string beans. I am proud to say that my man can cook and I love him to death!

My Bake Lemon Marinade Chicken
Last night, I had finally baked the Lemon Marinade Chicken that I had set aside since last week. I was very impressed with the result because you can really taste the spices and the ingredients ones you started biting the cooked meat. The only thing that was lacking though is that I forgot to put some potato for side dish. I ended up cooking some sweet corn as side dish and string beans as well. Below is the photo of the Lemon Marinade Chicken that I bake last night.
I wish everyone a happy Monday; I can't believe it will be March already in 15 minutes!

Sweet and Sour Fish for Dinner
Hubby surprises me when he brought me some fresh water fish from the Asian store here in our area. I made some sweet and sour fish and voila I am pigging out to the max. I can't resist when it comes to sea foods, they are my favorites!

Humba for Dinner
We have humba for dinner and eggplant salad with steam rice at home. I am craving for humba so I went to the store and purchase all the ingredients that I need. Well, the store doesn't have the dried banana blossom so I just cook the humba without it. Anyways, I feel good because I made my husband a delicious meal and I feel good about that.
For those of you who are interested in cooking this delicious meal please check the complete recipe at my other link Kusina Inato.
Good evening everyone!

Ginataang Manok Sa Piña for Dinner
I had the time to cook for dinner and I am very happy that I made a delicious meal for my husband. We had Ginataang Manok Sa Piña (Chicken with Pineapple and Coconut Milk) for our dinner and I made it for the first time. Hubby was really impressed and I can't wait to cook this again for my friends at work. By the way, you can find the complete recipe at my other blog Kusina Inato.
Happy evening folks!

Fried Pork Rinds
I was really surprised today when hubby shows up at work with a bag of pork rinds or (chicharron). I was very thrilled because it has been awhile that I haven't eaten any of this. Anyways, I decided to cook some rice paired with pork rinds with soy sauce and vinegar mixed together. Here are some pictures folks. I hope you will love it.
Have you eaten any pork rinds before?

Dinner at Pizza Hut
We just arrived from our dinner at Pizza Hut. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 20 pieces of traditional wings with four different flavors. I am glad I finally eat what I have been craving for the last few days. We have a lot of left over though but that's fine.
Anyways, we are going out again to watch the movie "The Back-up Plan". Enjoy your evening guys!

Mama's Style Barbecue!

We just finished eating our dinner a few hours ago and wow we love food. I made chicken barbecue which I called "Mama's style barbecue" because I got the recipe from my mother when I was twelve years old. Actually, this dish is one of my husband's favorite food and mine as well. While I was cooking my hubby was taking pictures of the food.
Happy evening everyone!

The Couple that Cooks Together Stays Together

The dinner that we prepared this evening was delicious. I really love to cook especially if my husband will lend me a hand. We prepared sweet corn, corn tortillas, and Shepherd style dish also known as spit-grilled meat just like the famous Shawarma. Here are some pictures that I took. Happy meal everyone!
