This past weekend, I had the chance to cook some Orange Chicken for my husband and for my friends. Though I was exhausted from working six days a week, I am proud to say that I still managed to cook some delicious food for my family and friends. Anyways, I brought some food to my place of work and they were delighted and thankful for the delicious meal I had prepared for them. The most important thing is that my dearest husband really loves the dish and he even told me that he can eat the dish for the entire week. For those of you who are interested to learn about this recipe don't worry because I will be posting the Orange Chicken recipe at my food blog. Happy Wednesday!

Filipino Style Noodles
After taking my last final exam tomorrow, my dear hubby and I went to visit my godson Jaden because her mother who is one of my closest friends here in Texas is expecting her second baby to arrive this week. She is already full term and for the second time around my dear hubby and I will become a godparents again. They already have name for my second godson and it will be Scott. Anyways, we went to have our dinner there and she prepared one of my favorite foods which are noodles with lots of veggies and meat. I usually use rice noodles when I cook but this time she use another type of noodles. The picture below is so delicious.

Seaweed Known as Guso
I was video chatting with my family earlier tonight and one thing that my sisters show me in the web camera is the food that my mother made for them. Apparently, my mother made some seaweed known as "guso" for their breakfast with fried fish. After seeing this delicious seafood my mouth become watery and I wish I was there to devour this meal right away. I also ask my sister to take a picture of this food and vavoom I got it.
I have not seen this type of seaweed at the Asian store. I have actually been wishing that they will have it so I can make this food by myself. This seaweed is great especially if you paired them together with any fried meat. I am drooling, yum! I will post the recipe on my food blog this week so please bear with me.
