I can't believe that I haven't slept at all. It is already 5 in the morning in Texas and my insomnia hasn't slow down at all. I know that I will be dead tired later on today which sucks because I still have to work an eight hour shift. My insomnia has gotten really bad these past few days not only that I have a lot of things in my mind and school projects are driving me mad. My honey even told me to slow down and take it easy because he is worried that I will have a nervous breakdown soon. I can't wait to go on a one week vacation with my honey for spring break. We are so excited already to travel again!

Sleepless Again
I hate when my insomnia strike because it doesn't pick a day where I don't work and it is so hard to fall asleep again. The bad thing is that I do work early today which sucks because I know I will be tired and look restless but I have no choice but to show up to work. Hopefully, I can at least sleep for five hours which isn't good to my body but it is better than not sleeping at all don't you think? My dear hubby already fell asleep while waiting for me. Well, good morning everyone and I hope everyone will have a pleasant day today!

Prevent Insomnia by Eating This Foods
I have to admit I am part of those thousands of people who are suffering from insomnia. I am really happy after I've read this article from Discovery Channels which talks about five foods that actually stops insomnia before it starts. Below are five foods that helps prevent insomnia.
- Brown Rice- they help control and calm our nervous system so we can fall asleep
- Spinach- is loaded with magnesium which calms our entire body and help us sleep well
- Pumpkin seeds- a great source of magnesium and help us relieve stress
- Cottage cheese- is loaded with tryptophan which is a sleep inducing amino acid that relaxes our body and mind
- Sesame seeds- high in carbohydrates and tryptophan which is perfect before heading to bed
