Pork Ginagmay for Dinner!

Good evening everyone! I am finally back in my mojo after what happened last week in the Philippines. My family is safe although the aftershocks still continues as of today. Either way, life in my island must go on. My family had been helping a lot of organizations in giving relief to the other families that are more affected in the other towns.

By the way, I got out early today and had the chance to do some grocery shopping. I decided to make this delicious dish which is very popular in my little island of Bohol called "Pork Ginagmay". My DH was so amazed and was giving me great compliments about the food that I made for dinner. He was so happy that I made this dish for him. Check out the picture below and tell me what you think?
