Peach Refrigerator Cake

My husband and I have been grilling a lot lately. For instance, last week I made this delicious Peach Refrigerator Cake as our dessert. What I love about this dessert is that it is easy to make and the ingredients are cheap. No baking needed which is perfect for any busy mother out there. Plus, I made two bowls of this dessert; one for me and hubby and one for my colleagues at my place of work. Let me know what you think of this picture below.

Peanut Butter Cookies

I have always been a huge fan of peanut butter cookies because they are just superb in every way. While growing up, my mother used to bake different cookies every weekend as a treat to every member in our family. Just thinking about my mother’s peanut butter cookies brings a lot of good memories during my childhood years. But did you know that peanut butter cookies can be prepared a certain way? For those of you who likes to eat cookies as a treat or as a dessert then this article is for you.
Peanut butter cookies can be mix with chocolate chips or Oatmeal cookies to get a different taste variation on every bite. I think this is the coolest recipe ever because I both love the taste of peanut butter as well as chocolate chips melting in my mouth. I am looking forward to bake some peanut butter cookies this weekend!

Smoothies with a little bit of a kick

Guest post written by Whitney Carson

When I eat almost anything, I want just as much flavor packed into it as possible. I've never been one that really likes bland things. That would probably explain why I can't really stand light beer and other things that are supposed to be light on taste. To me that's just light on quality too. If I'm going to eat or drink something I want it to be worth that time, money and the calories that I'm using on it. Well, that definitely goes the same for smoothies. Whenever I go anywhere and order a smoothie, I choose to make sure that I add a little something extra to it or else it just doesn't have enough flavor to it for me.

I decided that maybe I should try and make my own smoothies at home for fun and went online to try and find some recipes to use for it. Whiel I was looking online I saw the website clearwirelessinternet.Net and after I looked at it some, i decided to change over my hoem internet service to it.

Well, I did find a few recipes, but I of course added in a few more flavors because I know that's just how I would like it and I was right.

Surprise Dessert

The pictures shows how happy my husband was after I surprised him with chocolate covered strawberries as our dessert after dinner. I truly believe that "great food is the best way to a man's heart".

Frozen Yogurt

**Picture is courtesy of Yogen Fruz**

I am enjoying a cup of my favorite frozen yogurt while waiting for my hubby to finish cooking our dinner. Instead of eating some ice cream, I tried my best to eat some low fat dessert like this from Yogen Fruz. My amazing husband is making some chicken fajita, string beans and sweet corn and yes it smells so good. Well, I feel so lucky to have a husband whom I can depend.

While checking my University email address I found out that our school will remain close until tomorrow and it will start operating regularly by Monday. I also started making my power point presentation project so I can send a copy to my group mates. As of today, we are still experiencing power shortage around our area and it does really sucks.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

I was late in posting a photo of my chocolate covered strawberries that I made last Wednesday as a dessert for my guests. I am truly happy that my husband suggested this easy to make dessert because my visitors just loved it. It will only take you 10-15 minutes to prepare this dessert. Try this out today!

Biko

Since I was off from work last Tuesday, I was able to use my time by making a tray of Sweet Sticky Rice (Biko). It was my first attempt to make it since I arrived here in America and I am glad that it turned out fine. I am planning to take culinary classes next summer so I will have more skills that I can used to be a better wife for my husband and to be the best mother in the future.

By the way, I have included the picture above and I will share the complete recipe later today at my other site Kusina Inato. Thank you for all your visits everyone!
