Wage and Tax Statement on Hand

I receive my W2 form this past weekend from my place of work which is necessary to have before I can file for my income tax return. My dearest husband and I have been filing our income tax return jointly ever since we got married in 2006. Hopefully, we can get a better return this year because I am saving the money for a special project we plan this year. On the other hand, I am also waiting for my other W2 forms from all the companies I had work online as a blogger.

Tax Refund 2011

Finally today, my husband and I received our tax refund. Although, both of us are very happy we had hoped we had gotten a little bit more like we did last year but we did not because we made more money last year than we did the previous year. My husband also graduated from College last year, and because of that we were not eligible for one of the new tax credits that would have made our refund much higher. Despite this, we are still very happy that we got something and we are already making plans to go on a vacation.

Income Tax Deadline is April 18

I finally received my W-2 from my place of work but I am still waiting for the rest of my W-2's from my online blogging. I am actually anxious to know if how much I earn through paid post review because last year I've earned a good amount of money. Anyways, I still have plenty of  time to prepare and to wait for the rest of my W-2's especially that the deadline to file for income tax returned is moved to April 18 this year.
