There are times that we might feel that we are worthless but always remember that we are all children of God and we are all worthy in His sight. When you are unhappy or depress there are things that will help you change your views. We can look beyond ourselves by:
1. Shifting your attention to others- Instead of dwelling on your weaknesses, look for the good in those around you. Point out those good things to them.
2. Listen to others- Listen to understand, not just so you can prepare a response.
3. Remember: the people around you are probably just as insecure as you are; they are all painfully aware of their weaknesses. So don’t, for a second, think that yours are necessarily worse than anyone else.
This is an article I read from one of my favorite church magazine the" Liahona".
"Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over it became a butterfly". Join me as I walk through this wonderful journey of my so called life.

Becoming Your Own Best Friend
Here are 10 tips that I wanna share from speaking of woman's health website.
1. Focus on your inner beauty- focus on your talents, skills and your character and your heart. You will like yourself no matter how bad a hair or a face you're having.
2. Exercise-You will improve your body, but you will relieve stress at the same time.
3. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones- Instead of criticizing yourself, give yourself a pat on the back.
4. Be forgiving- if your friends make mistakes, forgive them. Do the same for yourself.
5. Speak up yourself- don't be afraid to share your opinions and ideas. And if someone tries to put you down, stand up to them.
6. Once a week, make a list of three things about yourself that make you happy.
7. Don't be a perfectionist- remember, it's those little imperfections that make us unique and wonderful.
8. Consider helping others- like raising money for a cause you believe in. Once you start thinking about other people, you won't be so focused on your problems.
9. Surround yourself with friends who love you for who you are, not what you wear or how you look.
10. Have fun.
