Proud Couponer

I've been doing really well with my grocery budgets every week or so. Gladly, I finally got my mojo back after slowing down with my coupon trips to the store. I had stock so much stuff such as hair care products, skin products, house items such as laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning items and more that I need to take a break from couponing.

Over a month ago, I decided to start clipping coupons again and start piling up because Christmas is just around the corner and I need to start gathering presents for my family back in the Philippines. Everyone back home ask me if I could send them more body lotions, soaps, chocolates, clothes, etc. Of course, it is always my pleasure to send them care packages. Take a look at some of the great deals I got from shopping at different stores locally.

Walgreens Haul 9/11

I almost forgot to post an article about my shopping haul from Walgreens last September 11, 2012. I was so excited because I pretty much paid a total of $1.94 for all my items which includes 4 bottles of Suave Shampoo, 4 bottles of Suave Conditioner, 8 packs of Ivory soap (3 bars per pack) and 2 bottles of Dawn dish washing soap. Check out the pictures within this article.

Shopping 1/23/12

This will be my first ever haul for 2012 using my coupons. So without further ado, here's what I got from our local Walgreens using my coupons and rewards. I paid $5.10 for the items shown below which helped me saved a whopping price of $45. I am just thankful that I was able to squeeze a little time from my busy schedule to check out some of the great deals from our local stores here. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on track again and find time to clip several of my new coupons I have.

Shopping Results for 11/26

I almost forgot to posts those two times I went shopping at Walgreens about a week ago. By the way, I only paid $1.02 for the first transaction after Register Rewards and I saved $18.49. The second transaction I paid $0.18 including tax for items worth $17.55.

My husband had been really amazed about how you can stretch your budget using coupons when you shop and I am really happy that he had been really supportive with this new hobby I learned from my friends online. So far, this hobby is a keeper! I love doing it.
