Family Picnic at the Beach

Being away from my family in the Philippine is not easy after all. Thankfully, the technology nowadays allows us to stay connected with our family from all over the world. Last week, my sister Elaiza and her husband went home to celebrate their first wedding anniversary with the whole family. My whole family went to the beach and enjoying some R&R. Of course, I am extra jealous when I saw these pictures they took during their beach outing. Take a look below!

Dry Body Powder-Sand Gone Review

Spring break is just around the corner and I can’t wait to go on another road trip with my dearest hubby. We went to Corpus Christi, Texas last year for spring break and the experienced was very amazing. I love the beach so much because it reminds me of the place where I grew up. But getting out of the beach without any sands clinging in your body is so hard to do. I normally just use water to get rid of the sands in my body or in my feet. Few months ago, I had the opportunity to receive a product sample from Sand Gone. Sand Gone sells the most unique product I have ever tried in a long time. This amazing dry body powder from Sand Gone when applied to your skin with sand will work wonders because it will totally get rid of the sand with just one touch of that dry powder.

The dry body powder comes in a jar with a microfiber applicator for easy usage. It also has a sweet smell of coconut and it doesn’t contain any toxic or non-talc ingredients. Plus, Sand Gone dry body powder does not only remove the sand from your body but it also remove the salt from skin after a long day in the beach. Isn’t that cool? What are you waiting for? Check out Sand Gone today by liking them on Facebook.

Celebrating 2013 in the Beach

Although I've been residing in Texas for over six years; every now and then I still feel lonely because I don't have my family around me. My relationship with my family that I left in the Philippines is amazing. We are very close to each other and I miss having a lot of people in my house. Two weeks ago my family decided to celebrate the New Year in the beach. Everyone looks so happy and satisfied with their family outing in the beach. By the way, the pictures below are some of the highlights during the beach outing!

True Friendship

I really enjoyed watching some photos that one of my childhood friends back home took during their Single Adult activity in the church last week. It was indeed a glorious get together for everyone especially to all the single people in my former branch in the church before and I feel really happy to see their pictures that were posted on Facebook not too long ago. Here's my favorite picture that he took while strolling in one of the many beaches in Bohol, Philippines.

Too Much Fun Under the Sun

The first ever family reunion on my mother side last Saturday was a success and I truly enjoy watching their pictures online. I feel so happy and I wish I could be there when our family reunites again in the future. One thing that struck me though is the picture of our youngest sister Eunice. She had too much fun in the water and her skin was burned because of the rays of the sun. My mother even told me that she put a lot of sunblock lotion but it didn't help protect her from the sun rays. Here is the picture below.

First Family Reunion

I feel a little sad because my family on my mother side will be having their first family reunion this coming May 21, 2011 in Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines. Every family has a distinct color so it will be easier for everyone to identify themselves. My cousin Frank is the one in-charge for the printing of the T-shirts and oh boy he is really a pro on what he do. Here is the family banner that will be put ones they arrived in the beach this Saturday!

I am hoping that my husband and I can attend next family reunion in the future.

Fast Forward and December is almost Here!

It feels so good to be back on my blog. I haven't really had the time to update my blogs since January because I have been quite busy. T...
