Meatballs with Pineapple Chunks (Bola-Bola)

Since I have extra ground pork, I decided to prepare some meatballs top with pineapple chunks mixed with tomato sauce to complete the dish. I am glad that my husband loved it and it will surely be part of his favorite list now since according to him it really tastes delicious. I Love You Ma

Well, my Mama just log out after Skyping with me for an hour or so. I've missed my mother so much and my whole family back home. I would like to give her a big surprised for her upcoming 50th birthday this April which also happen to be the same exact date when she gave birth to me. For those of you who don’t know me so much, my mother and I have the same birthday and we are only 20 years apart from each other. I will be turning 30 this April which is freaking me out because nobody wants to be old (that is just me, lol) but I am also excited to add another chapter of my life.

Putting Away the Gifts

I am taking a little break after putting away the Christmas gift. I'm halfway there and though there are only two people living in this house, we received so many gifts from my husband's family and friends which I am very grateful for. We received various items wallets for me and my husband, bathrobe, various perfumes for hubby and I and many more. One of my sister-in-laws also gave me a beautiful bracelet and ever dearest husband gave me a necklace for our 5th Wedding Anniversary.
