Bistek Tagalog
I have been pretty occupied with school and work for several days now and I can't seem to find time to update all my blogs online. Also, I have been cooking and creating new dishes for my husband and so far the result is excellent. I will be giving out samples to my fellow workers and I am crossing my fingers that they will like all the new cuisine I am making.
By the way, I made my own version of these two dishes that are very popular in the Philippines such as the Bistek Tagalog (Beef Steaks) and Creamy Pork Caldereta. I have made the Bistek Tagalog last week and for dinner this evening I made the Creamy Pork Caldereta. Take a look at the pictures I've posted within this article and tell me if what you think?
