KIND Healthy Snacks Review

My husband and I are always busy at work and with school and sometimes we do not have time to eat breakfast or lunch. I work at a restaurant so I am usually able to get a lunch break. My husband does not work at a restaurant and so he has very limited time to eat a quick snack during his short breaks. Fortunately for my husband I was able to get him a meal bar from KIND Healthy Snacks. KIND Healthy snacks are great because they are all natural, delicious, and loaded with antioxidants and other healthy ingredients.  My husband really enjoys all of the flavors that they have out there such as Dark Chocolate Cherry Cashew as well as Almond and Coconut. So if you are like my husband and I, I highly recommend that you check out KIND Healthy Snacks by following liking their page on Facebook or following them on Twitter you and your whole family will really enjoy them!

Char Crust® Review

Last week, my husband and I had the chance to try out an amazing product from Char Crust® which is a dry-rub seasoning for any type of meat and fish. We tried two of the flavors from Char Crust® which were Amazin’ Cajun and Southwest Chipotle. We baked some chicken and fish on two separate occasions and the result was so good. Char Crust® products are by far the best products we have tried in such a long time. What I love about Char Crust® products is that you can always use them to season any kind of meat such as chicken, beef, pork and even fish. Plus, they also offer other flavors of seasonings such as Original Hickory Grilled, Roasted Garlic Peppercorn, Ginger Teriyaki, Hickory and Molasses, All American Barbecue and much more.

So whether you are planning to broil, grill or bake your meat today, don’t forget to season them with Char Crust®! I would also like to encourage you folks to like their page on Facebook and follow them on Twitter.

Six Years of Fun and Love- Happy Anniversary My Love

I had so much fun yesterday because DH and I celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary. We celebrated late because we have been so busy with my finals. This year we did a little different than the previous years. We decided to visit downtown Texas and watch those amazing Christmas lights they have there. After an hour of strolling around the park we went to Chili's and have our anniversary dinner. Finally, we end our night by watching a movie at home titled "Madagascar 3". Check out some of the photos below!

Finalizing my Research Paper

My fall classes of 2012 is by far the hardest classes I've taken so far since going back to college here in the US. In fact, my husband and I are both in the library right now trying to finalize my 20 pages research paper for my Junior-Senior Seminar class in History. As a matter of fact, I am quite surprise that there are many students that are in the library right at this moment. It is already 2:32AM as of December 12, 2012 and I am still wide awake. This is also my first time ever to be in the library this late.

By the way, the University of Texas at El Paso Library opens 24 hours during the Final week of each semesters to accommodate students who are in need of a place to study and do their research project. I am actually fortunate that the library is accessible 24/7 during the final week because I can't imagine not able to study or do anything in my own time. I am hoping that all this hard work would pay off and I will get an A's on my classes.

I am looking forward to spend my school break with my husband and finally put up the Christmas tree this week.
