Family Picnic at the Beach

Being away from my family in the Philippine is not easy after all. Thankfully, the technology nowadays allows us to stay connected with our family from all over the world. Last week, my sister Elaiza and her husband went home to celebrate their first wedding anniversary with the whole family. My whole family went to the beach and enjoying some R&R. Of course, I am extra jealous when I saw these pictures they took during their beach outing. Take a look below!

Scooters are Fun!

Well summer is coming to a close pretty soon and now would be a great time to enjoy the great outdoors while you can. Many people enjoy the summer months because you can play outside, run in the park, ride a bike, but there is one thing that is also quite enjoyable, which is riding scooters! Scooters are quite fun and are share a few similarities to bicycles and skateboards, however, they are great because they are more portable than bicycles and at the same time, they are easier to use than skateboards. When looking at it this way, you really are getting the best of both worlds. Besides just using them when enjoying the great outdoors, scooters are also great for adults who travel to work, as well as for college students so that they can travel around campus much quicker and effectively. I know that a scooter would be great to have while attending college because many of my classes are actually far apart from each other and take time to get to when walking. Whatever your reason, a scooter is a great accessory for children and adults, so if you are interested, I highly recommend getting a high quality scooter, you will definitely be glad that you did.

Labor Day Weekend!

Thank God that I don't have to go to school or work tomorrow. I am finally off after working for five days straight at my place of work. Also, we will be honoring all the people including myself and my husband from all walks of life tomorrow in celebration of Labor Day. I am looking forward to spend my day with my dearest husband. We are planning to grill some meat tomorrow and I will attempt to make my first stuffed jalapeno peppers with bacon. Lastly, I would like to wish everyone a great Labor Day weekend with family and friends. Happy, happy Sunday folks!

Review: Removable Sakura Flowers Wall Decals by Decaleco

I have always been fascinated with wall decals ever since I can remember. When my husband and I went to visit his sister last month I noticed that they redid their house decorations which included new wall decals and decors. I was totally amazed how beautiful the end result of the wall decals on their masters bedroom was as well as their twin son's bedroom.

I feel so lucky when Decaleco agreed to give me a free $25 gift certificate that I can use to purchase any wall decals under $25 at their online store for review. By the way, Decaleco offers various decals that you and your family can use to decorate your walls. They divided their products into different categories such as Africa, Animals, Contemporary, Frames, Maps, Nursery, Office and more. The product that I purchased using my free gift certificate was this beautiful set of 20 Sakura Flowers. I have always loved flowers so it wasn't hard for me to be drawn to these beautiful wall decals. I would like to mention that Decaleco's wall decals are completely removable.

My husband and I have been trying to reorganize our bedroom for the past two days so that we can stick the wall decals I bought at Decaleco around our bed this weekend. I know that it will look gorgeous just like the sample picture I found at Decaleco's website.

Lastly, I would like to invite all my readers, friends and my family to please like Decaleco on Facebook and follow them on Twitter today!

Seafood Feast so Yummy!

Good morning everyone! I have been busy lately and I apologize for not posting anything new. I went back to school last Monday and went directly from there to my place of work afterwards. I am exhausted and I hope this fall semester will go by fast. I have been working 40 plus hours each week at my place of work which I find it very tiring but I am the type of person who doesn't like to say NO when opportunity comes in. I just keep telling myself that I will have extra money every paycheck.

By the way, I have been craving for crab meat and shrimp since last week. Staring at these two pictures made my mouth water. I am looking forward to have my next day off so I can make these delicious foods for lunch or dinner.
