Yesterday I had a lot of time to cook because my husband and I were off from work. I was cooking Chicken Caldereta which is one of the many favorite dishes that my husband likes to eat. Caldereta is a popular viand or dish in the Philippines and it is usually cook with goat meat or beef meat. You can also use chicken meat for a change or either way they still taste the same. My husband was also baking pineapple pie and it turns out delicious as well.
I got paid today at work and I will need to get a couple of money orders so we can pay our utility bills before going on our 3 weeks trip next week. Oh by the way, I also included a picture of my Chicken Caldereta that I cooked last night.
