Dear husband and I went to the Social Security Administration office yesterday to update my status from Permanent Residence to US Citizen because I was advice during the Oath Ceremony last month to update my status so I will received all the benefits as a US Citizen in the future. It feels good to tell people that I am actually as equal as them compared when I first moved here in the United States nearly six years ago. Also, I am doing this because my school required me to update my Financial Aid for the next school semester. I haven't applied for my voters ID nor applied for a passport book or passport card but I will eventually process all these things by August. Well, hubby and I haven't plan to go overseas till next year if everything goes well.
