Fried Pork Rinds

 I was really surprised today when hubby shows up at work with a bag of pork rinds or (chicharron). I was very thrilled because it has been awhile that I haven't eaten any of this. Anyways, I decided to cook some rice paired with pork rinds with soy sauce and vinegar mixed together.  Here are some pictures folks. I hope you will love it.
