One of the many things that my husband and I enjoyed doing is to wrestle and do mixed martial arts. My husband is a martial arts instructor in Judo and holds a second degree black belt as well. He had been to a lot of competitions while growing up and coaches young people in our area. Last night, we were practicing three Brazilian Jujitsu moves with our mats on. My husband taught me how to do the arm bar, naked rear choke and triangle choke hold.
My husband and I also practice Filipino Martial Arts, Judo, Kenpo Karate, Wrestling and other things. Besides doing martial arts together we also go to the firing range to practice our aiming skills with guns.
