I have noticed that after a long day at work or long hours at school I always experienced muscle cramps especially on my legs. Actually, the cause might be standing or sitting too long in one position. If you do these all the time it will strain your muscles especially on the calves and will eventually give you cramps. You may wonder what you can do when you experience cramping in your legs. Try eating bananas, beans or avocados because they contain high potassium, magnesium and calcium. Also remember to drinks plenty of fluids all the time because dehydration can also cause muscle cramping.
