I am debating whether to renew my Philippine passport or should I just wait to become a US Citizen. There are so many things to consider since we have to appear at the Philippines Consulate to renew our passport and before doing so I have to ask my boss if I can leave work for maybe three days to finish my business. Well, I still have a few months left before my Philippine passport will expire.
Hopefully, sooner or later I can finally decided on what I should do. By the way, good evening everyone!

sis it is not necessary nga mo appear ka sa consulate...akong passport kay g process lang nako sa agency...naa ba diha pilipino store? sila ra dayon ang mag process..bayad lang ka 120 bucks and it takes 6-8 weeks....open mana sila ug weekend..so no need na nga mag absent ka sa work....oks sad kung mag wait ka sa imong citizenship....para usa ra ang gasto...ehehehhe!
Mao ba sis? pastilan naa may Filipino store diri wala pod ko nag ask ug mo process ba sila sa akong passport. Sige salamat sa tambag mag ask lang ko ugma siguro about ani.

I think you should renew your passport because you do not know that you may go to the Philippines immediately for some important matters. My passport is still good until 2013 and the Phil. Consulate is just 20 minutes away from our house without traffic. I heard it doesn't take that long.
