I woke up earlier today with a pain on my knee cap. I have always noticed this pain especially when I drink soda constantly. I stop drinking soda for awhile but because of the Holidays I was tempted to go back to my old habit. Well, I decided to drink water again and I am hoping that I can continue doing it. Water is healthier than soda and it doesn't have any calories which will help me lose the weight I want to achieve.
