Country Strong Movie Review

Last week my husband and I saw the movie Country Strong starring Gwyneth Paltrow and Tim McGraw. The movie was about a country singer played by Paltrow who is very famous but has become older and has problems with alcoholism and not only that she is having an affair with a younger man. Her character is also very upset that her husband, who is also her manager, is replacing her with a younger female country singer played by Leighton Meester. The film pretty much talks about her struggles and how she plans to be a famous country star again while at the same time trying to reconcile her marriage to her husband. Overall, the movie was a disappointment because there was too much drama and at times I didn't know if I should feel sorry for her character or dislike her character.
