I thought it only happens in the Philippines but I was wrong. A teen from El Paso, Texas was arrested twice for snatching purse in different location. El Paso Police officers arrested 18-year-old Alberto Ruvalcaba twice in four days on charges of theft from person.
I realized that small crimes or big crimes can happen everywhere. I am more careful now after knowing this incident happens here in my place. A family friend said to me "to expect the unexpected all the time".
