Throw Your Trash Properly!

I don't like seeing people who throw their trash everywhere. Instead of maintaining the surrounding to be clean other people just don't care. While driving today to pick up some stuff from my father-in-law's house I saw the car in front of us throwing trash on the street. I was telling my husband to give them a honk to let them know that what they are doing is illegal. I bet if the cops are around those people in front of us will be charge of littering the road.
