Breaking a Sweat!

My husband and I are getting ready to hit the gym today. Although I am not a fan of doing my workout routine but oh well we need it. My husband is so persistent when it comes to getting back in shape. I can see a little bit of form on my muscle and I can really tell that the gym routine helps me shed a few pounds. Just do it.....the longer you think about how much you don't want to ...the easier it will be to fall back :)
