I am home alone again while hubby is still at his place of work. I am watching the food network and for some reason I have the urge to eat this delicious dessert called Leche Flan. Making this type of dessert is not that hard and I am planning to make a couple of Leche Flan on my godson's party next weekend.
Honestly, I miss living a simple life in the Philippines with my family. I choose to be here because I love my husband more than anything in this world. I know that one day I will achieve my goal of having my family around me and I am looking forward to that big event.
