A typical 12 ounce of soda contains the equivalent of 10 teaspoon of sugar. Water on the hand has no sugar and by replacing one soda daily with water can cut 3,650 teaspoon of sugar a year from your diet.
I myself love soda and especially that I have easy access on soda at my working place. Most of the time I usually alternate water and soda every other day or I drink freshly squeeze lemonade that my hubby makes.
