I can't believe that Xoom money transfer had increase their service fee charge from $4.99 to $7.99. Although, there service fee is still the cheapest among other money transfer company out there but I still consider it a big leap from the many years that I have been a client of Xoom.
My husband even told me to transfer the money from our bank account directly to my family's bank account in the Philippines to save the extra service charge. Well, our decision is still on hold and hopefully, we can solve this problem immediately.

oo nga eh. nagulat din ako sa laki ng tinaas ng rate. masyado nman ata nagmalabis ang xoom. they are taking advantage of it since cguro dumadami na gumagamit ng xoom sending money to Philippines of any other countries. eh dpat nga matuwa sila at marami na gumagamit at kumikita pa sila but not to take advantage.
oo nga. kalabisan na to. palibhasa may mga ilan ilan na din gumagamit ng Xoom.com to send money esp. to Philippines at eto ngaun nagtaas na sila ng $3. well, malaking bagay na yan sa ibang tao. what if mag send ng 5x in a month, eh di luging lugi na ung nga send ng money. nku, people using xoom should know about this sudden increase.
