I think going back to your daily exercise is the hardest part of the battle. Hubby invited me to go to the gym with him so we can exercise together and I will be motivated to stick to the routine. I have noticed that my husband lose weight and that his biceps and triceps become toned; and darn it looks great.
On the other hand, it is very frustrating because it seems that I haven't seen any results on my part. But I feel motivated to go because I always wanted to live a healthy life and savor every moment with my spouse.
